Garlic Chicken with More Garlic in the Crockpot
I love garlic, so when I see this recipe at Eat At Home, I have to try it! It did not disappoint. Garlic contains the taste of beans, roasted and seasoned chicken praising other flavors. I served garlic and onion on top of the angel hair paste. I'm pretty sure this is the best chicken leg meal I've ever eaten.
Here are the ingredients that you need:
- 3-4 pounds of chicken (I use a big pack of legs. You can use any other piece you like)
- 1 large onion, sliced.
- 1 Tbs. olive oil.
- 2 tsp. paprika
- 2 tsp. halal salt.
- 1 teaspoon. pepper.
How to cook it:
20-40 cloves of garlic, peeled but left intact.
Stir the onion at the bottom of the crockpot. then chicken mixed with other ingredients can use a large bowl or another. I use my hands to mix everything. then put the chicken in the crockpot on top of the onion. Cook on high heat for 4-5 hours or with low heat for 7-8 hours.
Because I use paprika, the chicken produces an appetizing color, something I don't usually find in crockpot cooking. However, chicken feet are not very photogenic. I served garlic and onion on an angel hair paste and it was really good. Garlic can also be smeared with hot bread.
