Crispy Cheddar Chicken

I have a dinner recipe that is quite easy for you today. just go ahead without further ado following you need, hee :)

MATERIAL

Chicken:
  • 4 large chicken breasts (can use other parts, depending on taste).
  • Ritz arm crackers 2.
  • 1/4 t salt.
  • 1/8 t pepper.
  • 1/2 C milk.
  • 3 cheddar cheese, grated.
  • 1 t dried parsley.

Sauce:
  • 10 ounces canned chicken soup.
  • 2 T sour cream.
  • 2 T butter.
INSTRUCTIONS :
  1. Cut each chicken breast into 3 large pieces (depending on taste).
  2. In a small food processor (can be a bowl or other container) grind ritz biscuits.
  3. Pour milk, cheese and crumbs into 3 separate small pans. Add 1/4 t salt and 1/8 t pepper to the cracker crumbs and stir the mixture until evenly mixed.
  4. Dip each piece of chicken in the milk and then the cheese. Press cheese into the chicken using your fingers. Some of it will fall when you add it to cracker crumbs, don't worry about it. Press and hold the cheesy chicken into cracker crumbs. By the time you coat the last piece of chicken, the dish you use for crumbs will be full of cheese. Don't let it upset you. After the cheese has melted in the oven, the cheese will stick well to the crumbs and crackers.
  5. Spray a 9 × 13 frying pan with cooking spray and place the chicken in the pan.
  6. Sprinkle dried parsley on top of the chicken.
  7. Cover the pan using tinfoil and bake at 400 degrees for about 35 minutes. Remove the tinfoil, bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the chicken tip is golden brown and crispy.
  8. In a medium-sized saucepan, combine the chicken soup cream, sour cream and butter with the beaters. Stir over medium heat until the sauce is hot and tasty. Serve on chicken. Don't be nervous! Very carefully, many people are better at smiling than whining.
