Cajun Shrimp and Chicken Alfredo Recipe
Alfredo Cajun Shrimp Fettuccine is very easy and fast to make. in my opinion this will be your new favorite pasta recipe. Dig up the jerks and make your delicious and soft Alfredo sauce!

Material :
- 1 lb. large raw shrimp Don't use that baby, shrimp salad in my dang recipe!
- 3/4 of 16oz pkg of cooked Fettuccine paste **
- 2 tsp Cajun seasoning
- 1 teaspoon shallot powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tsp Herbes de Provence or Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon pepper
- 1 TBS olive oil
- 2 FFB butter
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1/3 cup white wine glass, I use Chardonnay or chicken broth
- 2 cups heavy whipped cream
- 2/3 cups of grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for decoration
Instructions :
- Season shrimp with onion powder, garlic powder, Herbes de Provence or Italian seasoning, lemon pepper, paprika, and 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning.
- In a pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat, not too small or too large.
- Add shrimp and cook until pink. (Don't cook for too long.)
- Discard the shrimp and color them with foil to keep them warm
- Add butter to the same pan.
- After melting, add garlic and saute for 30 seconds
- Pour the wine and stir to burn the pan
- After the wine is reduced, pour thick cream.
- Bring to a boil.
- Add Parmesan cheese and another teaspoon of Cajun seasoning
- Reduce the heat and allow the sauce to simmer for 5-6 minutes.
- Taste and adjust the seasonings as needed
- Add pasta and cooked shrimp (optional) to the sauce and stir until smooth.
- Garnish with fresh parsley
- Enjoy!
