1. Vegetable omelets


Materials needed:
• 3 chicken eggs
• 2 broccoli or cauliflower, finely sliced
• 1 handful of spinach
• 1 tablespoon of flour
• 1 clove of garlic, mashed
• ½ carrot stick, finely sliced
• enough pepper and salt

How to make vegetable omelets:
• Beat eggs, season with garlic, salt and pepper.
• Boil the spinach until wilted, then squeeze the water and slice until smooth.
• Add carrots, broccoli and spinach to the eggs. Add flour that has been dissolved with a spoonful of water.
• Heat cooking oil into a skillet, fry the eggs over low heat until done. Turn both sides so that they are perfectly cooked.

2. Omelet sausage


Materials needed:
• 4 eggs
• 2 sausages, chopped
• 2 stems of leeks
• 1 carrot, chopped
• 2 cloves of garlic
• 1/2 onion
• tea teaspoon of mushroom broth or flavoring according to taste
• salt to taste

How to make sausage omelets:
• Saute the garlic and onion until fragrant, set aside.
• Beat the eggs, mix with vegetables, sauteed onions, salt, and flavoring.
• Heat Teflon, pour the eggs to taste (just thin) so that it can be made a lot. After a bit cooked, fold the eggs while still on Teflon.

3. Omelet rice


The main ingredients needed:
• 600 grams of white rice
• 100 grams of fillet chicken breast, diced
• 50 grams of fresh button mushrooms, thinly sliced
• 3 pieces of smoked meat, cut into a box
• 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
• 100 grams of onion, roughly chopped
• 50 grams of green peppers, cut into boxes
• 3 tablespoons of tomato sauce
• 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce
• 1 teaspoon of salt
• 1 teaspoon of powdered pepper
• 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
• 6 eggs
• 1 teaspoon of powdered pepper
• 1 teaspoon of salt
• 3 teaspoons of vegetable oil

Supplementary material:
• 3 tablespoons of tomato sauce

How to make rice omelet:
• Heat vegetable oil, then saute garlic and onions until fragrant. Add the chicken pieces, stir-fry until they change color.
• Add button mushrooms, smoked meat and green peppers. Mix well.
• Add rice, salt and pepper powder, stirring evenly. Add tomato sauce and Scottish sauce, stir again.
• After being cooked, remove the cooking. Divide into three equal parts, then set aside for a while.
• For the skin: shake the eggs, salt, and pepper until they expand. Divide the mixture into three equal parts.
• Heat oil on a flat Teflon. Then pour one part of the egg mixture and smooth it. Cook until cooked and remove the egg. Repeat the same process repeatedly until the egg mixture runs out.
• Take an omelet. Place 1/3 of the rice on the egg surface. Roll and close it like an omelette. Repeat this part until the eggs and rice are finished.
• Rice omelets are ready to be served.
