Avocado Deviled Eggs

You are now doing spring activities, planting flowers, Easter and Easter egg hunting.
Maybe all of that, mostly Easter. For me Easter means eggs, a sumptuous Sunday brunch, lots of boiled and ornamental eggs. Contrary to classic devil eggs, this recipe is unique because it does not contain mayonnaise and cream or healthy fats come with avocados. Coriander leaves add flavor while adding flavor and a little texture.

Material :
  • 6 medium eggs, boiled and peeled
  • 1 large avocado
  • 3 teaspoons of lime juice
  • 1 tsp coriander, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons of onion, chopped
  • A little salt and pepper.
  • Sprinkle with paprika or chili


how to make Avocado Deviled :
  1. Divide the two eggs, remove the egg yolks and set aside.
  2. Arrange half the egg white on a plate and set aside.
  3. In a bowl, mash the avocado and 3 whole egg yolks, with the fork until the desired consistency.
  4. Mix the lime juice, onion, cilantro, salt and pepper to suit your taste and stir to mix.
  5. Send the mixture into half egg white, about 2-3 teaspoons per half egg.
  6. Sprinkle with a little paprika or chili powder for color
  7. Cool until ready to be served, within 2-3 hours.
