how to make Chicken Piccata :
- Place each chicken breast in half between 2 heavy duty plastic wrap sheets; Mash until 1/2 inch thick using a meat hammer or a small heavy skillet. Place 1 teaspoon of flour in a small bowl and set aside. Place the remaining flour on the shallow plate. Sprinkle both sides of the chicken evenly with salt and pepper.
